Juan D\u00e1vila y Verdin<\/b>, born in Santa Fe, Argentina, has pursued an international career across various countries, including the United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Belgium, and Monaco. He is the Founder and General Director of The FuturED Institute<\/a> – an international educational organisation specialising in higher education for sustainable development –\u00a0and serves as the CEO and Managing Director of the International Green Trade and Commerce Association<\/a>, also known as the International Green Chamber of Commerce. Involved in several startups, companies, and organisations related to investments and finance, international trade, and sustainable development, he has authored a diverse range of journalistic and academic articles published in Spanish, English, Dutch, Italian, and French.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, Juan ha actuado como Jefe de la Delegaci\u00f3n de la United Nations University for Peace<\/a> en las UN Climate Change Conferences<\/a>.En 2024, fue declarado Ciudadano Ilustre de la Ciudad de Santa Fe, Argentina, y obtuvo el reconocimiento tanto de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados como de la C\u00e1mara de Senadores de la Provincia de Santa Fe por promover la innovaci\u00f3n y la sostenibilidad de la educaci\u00f3n superior.<\/p>

In 2023, he became the first Argentine to receive Freedom of the City of London for his contributions to higher education and sustainability. His efforts have also been recognized by National Geographic<\/a>. In 2022, his educational organisation, FuturED, was selected by Google as a case study among 500 influential companies in Latin America and the United Kingdom. The FuturED Institute was showcased at the prestigious Royal Institution in an event organised by Canning House<\/a> and the UK Department for International Trade.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

En 2021, Juan fue distinguido como miembro de la Royal Society for Arts (RSA) y elegido miembro de laRoyal Historical Society<\/a> (RHS).<\/p>

La trayectoria acad\u00e9mica de Juan comenz\u00f3 en la National University of the Litoral<\/a> (UNL), donde se licenci\u00f3 en Historia. Ampli\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n con una licenciatura (con honores) en Pol\u00edtica Global y Relaciones Internacionales en la Birkbeck, University of London.<\/a> . Adem\u00e1s, posee un MBA en la International University of Monaco<\/a> y un M\u00e1ster en Derecho Internacional y Diplomacia en la United Nations University for Peace<\/a> (UPEACE) y el United Nations Institute of Training and Research<\/a> (UNITAR). En la actualidad es investigador doctoral en administraci\u00f3n de empresas con especializaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n de la ense\u00f1anza superior en la University of Bath<\/a>.<\/p>
